Brother Innov-is NV880E – Embroidery Only Machine

Are you thinking about purchasing a new embroidery only machine?  I have had the chance to sit down and have a play on the Brother NV880E Embroidery Only Machine that we have on display at Bellarine Sewing Centre and let me just say how impressed I am with this machine.

For a mid range embroidery only machine, this one is splendid. The LCD screen is bright, colourful and large. It is so easy to navigate around. I clicked into the various icons on screen to see the functions and the gorgeous designs that are built in. The selection of designs are broad, covering all sorts of themes. The fact that you can get into the edit screen and change the various designs, make them smaller or larger, rotate them, add in some letters so I could put my name, change the colours too, was very exciting. I did a stitch out on some linen, with the built in sewing design, added some fonts and then made a fabulous sewing bag to use for all the bits needed when playing on the machine. I used the largest hoop available which measures 6″ x 10″. This is quite a large hoop and even though I didn’t make my design any bigger, I had plenty of room to play. There are 2 other hoops that come with this machine, they are 6″ and 4″ square.

Did you know, there is a free App designed by Brother called Artspira. This app is compatible with the Brother NV880E machine. The app has many free designs that can be resized and sent direct to the machine as the NV880E machine has wireless capability. Why not come in store and have a demonstration on this amazing app.

The footprint of this machine is also great, not taking up a huge amount of desk/table space. This means you could easily have it set up on the dining room table to have it going whenever you want. With so many features and capabilities, you will be very happy with this machine. It is great dollar value too, not overly expensive. It`s a very affordable embroidery machine.
