Janome Memory Craft MC6700 Professional Sewing Machine

We welcome the Janome range of sewing and embroidery machines to Bellarine Sewing Centre, Geelong.

Having done a test drive on the Janome Memory Craft MC6700 Professional Sewing Machine we must say we are very impressed with this as a heavy duty ‘work horse’ sewing machine. This is the new version of the previous MC6500 and MC6600 models which were very popular with Janome sewers.

This machine is a flat bed machine (no free arm). The base is enamel, so scratch resistant and tough! It sews 1200 SPM (stitches per minute), has a quick release needle plate – making cleaning very quick and easy. It has a 10″ throat which is perfect for feeding quilts and larger items when sewing. Included is a wide table and 1/4″ foot.

White LED’s are located in 3 areas making this a well lit area. There is a separate bobbin winding system.

Did you know you can custom the main screen with up to 7 of your favourite stitches for quick selection when sewing?

Quilters and designers will appreciate the AcuFeed™ Flex Layered Fabric Feeding System, and the manual controlled foot pressure which can be adjusted in very small or large increments, to perfecting stitch your chosen fabric.
