Beginners Machine Quilting – 15th March 2024

NOTE: You MUST have a knowledge of patchwork before you book into this class. This is NOT learning how to make blocks, for this you need to book into the Beginners Patchwork Class.

 

We are once again running the beginners machine quilting class. This is the process of sewing the 3 layers together – quilt top, wadding and backing fabric to complete your quilt.

In this class you will learn how to prepare your quilt, correct pinning, and learning the basics of straight line quilting through to working with a template to create curved designs. There is no free motion work in this class just walking foot so it makes the class perfect for those of you who have not quilted before.

There is homework to do prior to this class in making the required blocks.
