In this fun, creative workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own unique textile artwork in two stages:

Morning: Fabric Painting | 9.30 am – 12.30 pm
Start by painting your background fabric, creating a colourful canvas for your design.

Afternoon: Bobbin Work | 1.00 pm – 4.00 pm
Learn how to use thick and sparkly threads in your bobbin to embellish your painted fabric with beautiful patterns, textures and details.

Please bring or purchase black fabric to create the frame for your finished project.

If your sewing machine comes with a bobbin work bobbin case you will need that. It is recommended that you purchase a second bobbin case for bobbin work as you have to play with the tensions. Machines such as the Brother VQ3000, BQ3100 come with a bobbin work bobbin cases.
